Simply turn your shower on with only HOT water until the steam is rolling, throw the tablet to the far end of the shower away from the running water. Adjust your shower temperature so you can get in, enjoy the aromatherapy that comes about from the essential oils and menthol being lifted to your nose.
Tablets are perfect for quick showers, weighing in at 1 oz each. Use two if you want an extra boost in your shower. NOT TO BE USED AS A BATH BOMB!!
